About Us
Jeff started the company in 1981 with a dump truck and a tractor backhoe. Since then the company has grown to about 40 employees during our busy season. Jeff is actively involved in the company from running job sites and field operations to buying new heavy equipment the trucks for the company. You would be more likely to see Jeff our operating a piece of heavy equipment on a job site than you would seeing him behind a desk. Jeff is qualified in 40 hour OSHA, OSHA supervisor. Jeff is a huge motorcycle enthusiast.

Brian has been with J. Pettiecord, Inc. for over 10 years. Brian runs most of our high profile projects and emergency response cleanups. Brian is 40 hour OSHA qualified, OSHA Supervision qualified, and a competent person in trench safety. Brian is a very qualified employee and supervisor of the Emergency Spill response division.
Jerry has been with J. Pettiecord, Inc. for over 5 years. Jerry’s responsibilities are the operation of all that happens within our business. Emergency spill response, Heavy haul trucking, Tree grinding, Storage tank removal, and Iowa trucking. Jerry has been in a management position for more then 25 years.

Drew has been with J. Pettiecord, Inc. for over 3 years and has worked in the heavy construction industry for over 25 years. Drew is involved with just about every aspect and division of the company from accounting to dispatching trucks.
Nick has been with J. Pettiecord, Inc. for over 4 years. Nick’s responsibilities include estimating, project management, business development, and sales. Nick is also 40 Hour OSHA qualified, OSHA Supervisor qualified, and a competent person in trench safety.
